- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido el 25 de octubre de 2017, por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Cuarta - Subsección B, dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por la señora Julia Velandia Hernández contra de la Secretaría de Tránsito y Transporte de Aracataca.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC- 3145 al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Cuarta - Subsección B, para que, de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR a las partes y al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Aracataca - Magdalena, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
